Metalcrafters NC is hiring a Painter with spray application experience to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality finishes on custom metal fabrication projects including stairs, railings, and structural components.

What You’ll Do

• Apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray equipment
• Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking) for proper coating adhesion
• Ensure consistent, high-quality finishes across all products
• Inspect finished work and correct any defects
• Maintain and clean spray equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and shop standards
• Work alongside fabrication and production teams to meet deadlines
• Utilize the Metalcrafters app for accurate job tracking and accountability
  

Requirements

• Experience in industrial or commercial spray painting (metal preferred)
• Knowledge of spray equipment and coating processes
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Reliable, consistent, and team-oriented
